The Solution

Orbik Labs built a full RFQ/procurement platform on AWS (EC2 + RDS), including:

  • Multistep sourcing forms guiding buyers through structured RFQ creation
  • Bid upload and document handling via S3, integrated with N8N for workflow automation
  • Supplier list management with modal-based quick actions
  • Contract renewal flows and full document versioning for audit trail

The Result

  • RFQ turnaround time dropped from an average of 9 days to 3 days
  • Over 120 supplier bids processed through the platform in the first quarter after launch
  • Eliminated version-control confusion on contracts by moving all documents into a single versioned system
